The house and home course posed the question ‘what did home mean to us over lockdown?’. For me, it was listening to the record player with my family.

Through a number of drawing and model iterations, a final exhibition quality model was produced that represented all of the qualities that made up my lock down experience.

The final model was composed from old record player parts, acrylic, scrap mechanical objects and imagery from my home. After the project was completed, the final model was exhibited in the Thistle Hall exhibition (2021).
