The final design experiment delicately suspends directly across the width of the riverbed; the inhabitant is in constant tension with the surrounding landscape.
Through the use of framed views and generative iterative drawing overlays, the river landscape was a design agent in the final architecture, which joined human and riverscape through spatial occupation.
An inhabitant moving slowly through the fragile, elevated architecture experiences a slow unraveling of complex layers inherent within the site. Their attention and viewpoints are mannered through particular viewpoints, framed orientations, towards key aspects of the river, the containment of its edge, its sensory dynamics of flow and ecology.
